Problem
The CEDD needed a video to introduce the Hung Shui Kiu New Development Centre project for public consultation. The video needed to be very concise and detailed to explain to the public what the proposed project was and how it would look.
Solution
This was a great time to go t down the 3d road as it the ost realistic way to envision a project.
We spent months working with designers to create an accurate representation of the project and be able to explain it in a way that the public would be well informed.
